COVID-19: What You Need to Know

Updated: April 3, 2020

We are taking the health of our patients, our clients and our team members very seriously during this pandemic outbreak.  We will be making a few changes to ensure we can continue to see patients while also taking care of our team.

Starting Immediately:

  • If you or if you have been around anyone that has been sick in the last 14 days, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • If you or anyone in you have been in contact with, has traveled outside of Nebraska, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • We are no longer permitting clients to enter the clinic lobby. We ask that you call us at 402-496-6075 from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment.  We will be taking important patient history over the phone and then asking you to meet a team member in the clinic entryway to retrieve you pet.  Please bring your pet in a clean pet carrier if possible and remove any coats or apparel from your pet and leave them in your vehicle or at home.  Collars and leashes are permitted and highly recommended.

  • If you pet is in need of a prescription medication and /or food refill, please call ahead so we are able to get the request ready for you.  Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and call the front desk at 402-496-6075 to let them know you have arrived.  We will take your payment by phone and then one of our team members will deliver the items to you vehicle along with your invoice and receipt.

  • We are not performing toe nails trims at this time unless the patient is in pain and having difficulty walking due to long or curling nails.

  • In accordance with the Directive Health Measure issued by Governor Pete Ricketts, we are asking that you wait to schedule any elective surgeries (such as spays and neuters) to a later date.

  • Please don’t hesitate to call us with any questions regarding these changes.

Thank you so much for you cooperation and understanding.
